Matte Lip Coat Instead Of Matte Lipstick? BLP's Lip Coat in Persimmon Pie

A few while back, the beauty blogger world of Indonesia was shaken by the launching of a new matte lip product, lip coat, created by MUA-slash-beauty blogger, Lizzie Parra. Okay, maybe that was a hyperbole but seriously, almost every beauty blogger reviewed and raved about this lip coat which claimed to finish off matte but still moisturize the lips well. If you follow my posts here, you might have known that I'm not really into matte lips since my lips get dry pretty easily. I was very excited to try this BLP's Lip Coat so how was the result? I might be kinda late in the review game but it doesn't hurt to read my opinions, right?
